Suggest general improvements here
Post ideas about general improvements in this Topic, so it can be discussed.

I suggest we create(princess/daemonic cause they administrate the GB Participants) a seperate Topic for EVERY GB (all 3 weekly) where everyone can/should do a simple post, if he:
-will
-probably will
-won't
participate in that GB.
On that base we can form Teams. If something changes about you participating, no problem.
But it is everyones duty to make it known in that Topic again, so the Teams can be modified beforehand.
At least 1 Hour in advance would be good.

I suggest that we form 4 Teams for every GB, so that we avoid utter chaos in midst of battle.
No longer trying to form an atk/def team while no one pays attention to chat, or we dont have the time.
4 Teams make us flexible. Im not talking about 2 Def, 2 Atk Teams.
More like:
2 Def. Team (strongest players up for teamplay in GB)
1 Atk. Team (people that scout/atk enemy Towers and evaluate their strength)
1 Reserve Team (people that stick together and help the other teams if needed)
Example:
1 Def. Team hold their Tower and no enemies are around.
->Atk. or Reserve Team switches places with this team
->Def Team now pushes to conquer another Tower
Result: +1 Tower

Teams should follow their teamleaders orders. Teams that split up or dont listen are a burden to the team.
You can neither conquer a Tower, nor hold a Tower with 2 people. So all 4 players wont benefit us in that match.

Someone needs to take lead over our Strategy. If every team(-eader) does his own thing, its not an optimal solution.

We need time to organize and truthfully doing it WHILE ToA is on, is CRAP.
I suggest the Strategic Leader, the Team Leaders and Guild Offiicers organize things before ToA.
->If everything is organized already = less chaos & "please take me" in guildchat
->You can actually read and discuss stuff, without everything getting spammed away by ToA
->We can still do adjustments after ToA, and have some reserve time

We need to make more people use this Board. At least all the reliable and stronger ones.

Yesterday Gb was very useful and we improved from last fight against them but they are still in front of us making teams and attacking towers and beside what asyxa said i wanna say that i saw enemy teams gathering up around our towers very easily and not getting any trouble doing it .. ex: i remember they had 2 min to gather the team around our tower and no1 attacked them to delay. The pre-organized teams for tower defense worked and seems to work for future ... but building teams for attacks didnt worked ... guys from 3rd or 4th team caught in fights and teams were ripped apart. We need to find a solution for getting teams for support/attack .... im thinking about a pre-split like: 1st -team1(kich,Riku,Aois and Lito)+ 8 to 12 members spam north tower and stay there... team 1 defend and the rest of guys spams between north west and north est towers getting info about NE defenders and delaying attackers ... and 2nd the rest of 34 guys goes south -> team 2( asyxa, bla,rvge and sivan) instead of getting caught at SW tower should get to SE tower and for our tower(SW) we get the 3rd team(some random top guys) ... the rest of 28 spam this south part ... staying around towers or few but only few should get to their ward tower to not rip the group power.

the way you describe it we should have the strongest players in team 2, second strongest team is team one and third is team 3.
3 replaces team 2 to tower while they try to siege another tower and team 1 is staying on their tower being helped by 8-12 strong-ish players who attack enemies before they arrive in tower so as to prevent them from forming an attack group for our deffending tower...
Most important: All players should keep in mind NOT to enter tower defence circles and cause mix up in defending teams and also attack enemies as much as possible in order to delay them between towers...
Whoever player with no specific task could attack enemy ward tower too...
But teams should be organized a lot before gb... lets say be ready 2-3 hours in advance and be posted to forum and announced in guild (just to be sure)... players of each team could contact each other in pm mode before gb too (to make sure group is complete) and if before gb sbd is missing without having declared it in advance his team members should report this to the one organising the battle in order to have him replaced.
Carefull so that each team has a healing mage and if possible to consist players of all 3 classes...

I agree, but we shouldnt put all our strongest people in one Team.
We have a fair amount of strong people and should mix the strongest between Team 1 and 2, while trying to get all 3 classes in each Team, preferrably 2 mages since we got 2x phys dmg dealers and 2x magic dmg dealers and 2 possible Healers then.
If we want to aim for 3 Towers, Team 1 and Team 2 do have to be able hold their ground.
I think the Team Setup we had/have works great, but ofc not all of us will be online/available every GB.

We should get an Absence Board here. Writing the exceptions in the guild announcement is a) a hassle and b) takes space for other information.
